Well, I just had to take a shot at this old beauty. Kinda surprised, actually. Now I gotta tell wifey. Talked with Steve, the seller and he agreed I had made a very good deal. Picking it up Monday.

I had a 2001 8.1 and I learned the hard way about the transfer case “pump rub” issue. W/O records, I would recommend the new owner verify the repair has been made. Beautiful truck, BTW.

Many years ago, I owned a 1960 Bugeye. Somehow, I remember the hood (bonnet) opened forward.

Our company bought my partner and I each a 75 identical to this one. It looks to me that this truck has the optional 3500 pound front axle. Great survivor. Hope the new owner just can enjoy pretty much as is.
