There is no indication on the SpeechSynthesisUtterance instance that it is queued. #224

An utterance that is passed to speak() is essentially owned by the SpeechSynthesis instance and cannot be spoken again. It would be nice if the contents of the SpeechSynthesis queue could be inspected, or at least the utterance should have an attribute that it is queued.
