Reproduction steps

Play attached file with ffmpeg extension

Expected result

File should play

Actual result

Does not play.
Reason:
Some files do not have the sample size in each frame headers, in that case, ffmpeg needs the streaminfo data to properly decode them.

See #2886 for the fix.
