   https://github.com/nodejs/remark-preset-lint-node/actions/runs/41520044840/job/125534445768 did touch a "prod" dependency, but didn't seem to hit the same error. Might be an issue with the Dependabot commit naming not triggering the release

   Aside: it's been awhile since I looked at how the nodejs/node repo packages this. Is there any other activities that should be triggered after the publish?
