Add a property to the RecordStateChanged event.

Requested Feature

The v4 had a RecordingStarted event, which included the filename when the recording was started.
The new v5 event, called RecordStateChanged, only includes the filename (as outputPath) AFTER the recording has ended.

Requested Feature Usage Scenario

This missing functionality from v5 broke my app, which stores the timestamped filename in an external application for recording audio. Backfilling this data after the recording stops is impossible, as the recording must happen live to the synchronization to work.
