fix(browser): configure internal optimizer dependencies - #10915

Description

• closes Some errors related to pre-bundled vitest on browser mode on 5.0.0-beta.7 #10836

The fix is manually confirmed in the repro mentioned in #10836 (comment)

Note that we cannot test this behavior inside monorepo because Vite doesn't kick in auto re-optimization for workspace packages.
