Consider support for the box-sizing property

box-sizing property was mentioned on #75

I think spec and chrome ignores it for MathML, but we might want to support it.

Just opening this issue not to forget about it.

WG discussed this on the call today and encorage adding of support for this property. Leaving open until we decide need spec updates and./or implementation completed

To clarify, this is about

https://drafts.csswg.org/css-sizing/#box-sizing

which tells whether width/height applies to the content box or to the border box.
