What is the issue with the URL Pattern Standard?

In theory RegExpBuiltinExec has points where it can throw, e.g., step 13.a.i.1. It would be nice to know if this impacts URLPattern.

And then you can construct variants of https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/blob/20ebe20f75010b63e78b719250a9b9a5e9333140/LayoutTests/fast/url/invalid-url-pattern-context-crash.html to see if that exception is from the correct realm.
