zionbuilder

We purchased a premium package expecting to receive a reliable plugin. However, after our payment was processed, we found that the account page on the seller's website became inaccessible for several days. We promptly emailed them screenshots of both the account and login pages, requesting a full refund. A few days later, we received a response that reassured us about the stability of their services and confirmed that a refund would be possible if we chose to proceed. We indicated our willingness to go ahead with the refund. However, the seller did not issue the refund or respond to our follow-up inquiry. After a few more follow-ups, we received a refund in a reasonable time frame, and we have no issues with the business. However, this experience taught us that while we enjoy supporting small businesses, it is wiser to trust more established companies with greater recognition.

I purchased Zion Builder Lifetime. Had bugs with the plugin right away, and reached out to customer support. I had no response for two weeks. I then requested a full refund in accordance with their 30-day money back guarantee. Here I am three months later with no response to the 6 support tickets I submitted to the company. I looked at my invoice from Zion Builder, and my payment was collected by a place called SC STEPTOWEB AGENCY SRL, which is currently claimed by Google to be "permanently closed." It seem pretty sketchy, and based on the lack of responses, I've probably been scammed. Unless something changes, my warning is to NOT purchase anything from Zion Builder.

The updates are VERY VERY slow i thought that the Plugin is stopped.

I dont understand why this builder is not the most downloaded from the plugins, is perfect and light. I love it

In my opinion, Zion Builder is underrated and not advertised enough. It really is a very intuitive, fast, lightweight and feature-rich product. Congratulations to the developer and request to continue developing this great product. I know that the competition in the WordPress builders market is high, but a good product will always be on top. Keep the high level!

Think about the other builders like elementor but without the bloat. This is not a simple builder and you need to learn how to build the elements. But if i can do it then so can you! I like the ability to make category pages customised, like a normal page and using repeater function.
