The buttons argument passed to PointerEvent::new is wrong in fire_pointer_boundary_event #47300
Description
The argument is supposed to represent a bitmask showing which buttons are pressed, but DocumentEventHandler::mouse_buttons_down is the count of the number of buttons pressed. These are two separate things entirely.
