…ifier The `improve` phase drops an expression nobody reads that only reads a built-in global or its own or prototype property, calls or constructs one on literal arguments without throwing at build time, or reads a global a `typeof` before it proved declared. `tooling/generate-js-data.js` lists the built-ins from @mdn/browser-compat-data, each in every Node webpack builds on, less those that run code, reject promises, block agents or read the locale. Exclude Math.random from the disposable-call table.
When improve sees an unshadowed, unrebound Math.random() call, the generated table admits it and the printer can remove it. The emitted program then makes one fewer random call, so a later Math.random() can return a different value. Add the call to IMPURE_BUILT_INS and regenerate the metadata.

…lt-ins Check a RegExp against ES2018 with the base parser, which always runs the spec's validator, so a pattern a newer build host accepts is still kept. Keep an unused Symbol.for, whose key would stay in the build's own registry, and drop an optional read of a built-in like the plain one. Summary
When nothing reads an expression's value, the
improvephase of the JS minifier now drops it in three cases:typeofcheck before it proved exists. As with the built-in fold from #22398, it assumes built-ins exist and are unmodified, like oxc and swc do.
tooling/generate-js-data.jslists the built-ins from@mdn/browser-compat-data: each must be in every Nodeengines.nodeallows. Excluded, each with a reason:eval/Function, promise combinators that may reject, blockingAtomicsmethods,IntlandSharedArrayBuffer. ARegExpis dropped only if its pattern and flags are valid ES2018, and numeric arguments over 65535 are never evaluated. Each input below sits in
