392-Powered 1975 International Harvester Scout II 4-Speed
This 1975 International Harvester Scout II 4×4 was purchased by the seller in 2022, and a subsequent build completed in 2026 involved the installation of an overbored 392ci V8 along with a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system, a T19 four-speed manual transmission, a twin-stick transfer case, custom driveshafts, and Dana 60 axles with 4.10:1 differentials, a front ARB air locker, and a rear Detroit locker. The body was repaired and repainted in satin metallic pewter with black Rallye-style graphics, and it features a removable hardtop, rock sliders, amber headlights, and a front bull bar mounted with a Warn winch and Hella driving lamps. A powder-coated family roll cage surrounds the front bucket seats and rear bench, which are trimmed in black vinyl and plaid cloth and accompanied by a center console and front racing-style harnesses. The truck rides on 17″ Method wheels with 37″ Mickey Thompson tires as well as a suspension lift with Bilstein shocks, and the chassis also features a high-steer kit, power steering, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. This modified Scout II is now offered with a Washington title in the seller’s name.

The body was refinished in Satin Pewter Metallic following rust repairs in 2025, according to the seller. Details include a body-color removable hardtop, a roof rack, black Rallye-style graphics, and powder-coated rock sliders. A Warn winch and three Hella driving lamps are mounted to the powder-coated front bull bar, and the truck has amber headlamps and black-finished side mirrors.

The truck rides on a suspension lift with aftermarket leaf springs and Bilstein shocks, and the seller notes the wheelbase has been lengthened by approximately 2″ at the front. The truck is equipped with manually locking front hubs, power steering, a Bilstein steering stabilizer, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. The 17″ Method alloy wheels are wrapped in 37×12.5″ Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tires.

A powder-coated, bolt-in family roll cage surrounds front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl with plaid cloth inserts. Gray five-point harnesses are anchored to a removable harness bar behind the front seats, and the floors are covered in textured bedliner coating. Additional equipment includes a center console, an Alpine stereo, a Holley EFI display and control module, and a custom pistol-storage drawer beneath the driver’s seat.

The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a horizontal 100-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 24k miles and has rolled over, according to the seller, who notes approximately 300 miles have been added under current ownership.

The 392ci V8 was bored out to displace 411ci during a rebuild in 2025, according to the seller, and it is topped with a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system. An aluminum radiator is also installed along with an MSD ignition control module and an ARB air compressor.

Power is routed to the rear, the front, or all four wheels through a rebuilt Borg-Warner T19 four-speed manual transmission, a twin-stick transfer case, custom driveshafts, and Dana 60 axles with 4.10:1 differentials, an ARB air locker up front, and a Detroit locker at the rear. Coated headers feed into a dual exhaust system with Dynomax mufflers
The Washington title has a “Classic” brand.
