Summary
When
splitChunksextracts only Module Federation shared consumers, the chunk emits no JavaScript, but native HTML still adds a script URL for it. RequirechunkHasJs()before injecting that script.Before #21002, HTML generation cloned the entry's script tag for every initial sibling chunk. That fix added CSS links but kept
hasJs || !hasCssto preserve the old behavior for chunks without JavaScript or CSS. This removes that fallback;chunkHasJs()already includes runtime chunks, and their load order stays unchanged.The regression fixture uses eager shared modules and
